Overall our installation went very well. We found your staff very friendly and professional throughout the installation process. It was so nice that your site inspector actually came to our house to access the situation rather than just talk to us over the phone.

Rick was pretty much the lead tech for the install/setting up when we first started doing business together. He has been out a few times since the initial install. I hope your other customers feel the same way but Rick is very professional and efficient.
